Build the next generation of forecasting & data science

Position summary

RoadMap Technologies is seeking a motivated and talented Associate Consultant to expand our data science, AI, and analytics teams in Beverly, Massachusetts. As an Associate Consultant, you will work side by side with senior consultants, data scientists, and engineers on high-impact engagements across life sciences, healthcare, consumer goods, and enterprise supply chains.

Associates design, develop, and deliver quantitative analyses and machine learning workflows leveraging diverse enterprise data sources (including Protected Health Information (PHI), anonymized patient-level data, ERP, and supply chain systems) to generate actionable commercial and operational insights. On every engagement, you will learn the nuances of client business models, gather requirements, build and interpret statistical and AI/ML analyses in Python, R, and SQL, and present findings directly to project teams and client stakeholders.

You will sharpen your capabilities through structured formal and informal training as well as direct mentorship that challenges you to connect complex real-world business problems with rigorous data science and AI solutions.

Position responsibilities

• Comprehend client commercial and operational needs and interpret quantitative, statistical, and AI/ML model outputs to derive high-value business insights.
• Work side by side with our data science and analytics teams across multiple industries to deliver client engagements, automated daily reporting, and ad-hoc analytical methodologies.
• Develop a deep understanding of multi-industry business objectives, domain rules, and econometric, machine learning, and time-series forecasting processes.
• Build, validate, and interpret analytical models in Python, R, and SQL across complex datasets (including healthcare PHI/APLD, ERP, and supply chain feeds) to convey clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
• Serve as a dependable point of contact for assigned project deliverables and internal team communications, helping clients achieve measurable forecasting and operational outcomes.
